OUR BUSINESS AREAS GCK PERFORMANCE

Specialist in prototyping and small series production of new mobility vehicles

With over 15 years of experience at the forefront of motorsports, GCK Performance has developed unique expertise and now puts its know-how at the service of your most ambitious projects, particularly in the field of new technologies and in many areas: land mobility (automotive, off-road, industrial, etc.), defense, motorsports, and more.

New mobility

At GCK Performance, we are working to make mobility more sustainable by creating or transforming innovative vehicles that integrate new mobility technologies with latest-generation powertrains: electric, hybrid, new energy combustion, etc.

Emeroad - projet Capgemini véhicule de livraison électrique hydrogène
Emeroad

Emeroad is a project developed through collaboration between Capgemini, GCK, Symbio, and Forvia, aimed at facilitating carbon-free mobility in urban centers for last-mile deliveries.

GCK Performance provided expertise in mechanical integration for this brand-new flexible hydrogen-electric hybrid vehicle:

  • Consulting: supporting Capgemini’s design office with our experience in fuel cell integration
  • Mechanical integration: our teams worked on modifying the initial vehicle supplied by Capgemini, building the hydrogen fuel cell chassis and developing all of its networks (cooling, air, hydrogen).
E-Blast H2

A prototype for rally raids

The e-Blast, the first prototype unveiled in 2021 during the Dakar Rally, was a fully electric vehicle. After several test sessions in extreme conditions, it enabled the GCK Performance teams to collect the data needed to develop its H2 version: increased electric motor power, reduced battery pack capacity, and integration of a new cooling system for faster vehicle recharging.

Hydrogen fuel cell with electric propulsion

In partnership with FEV, a fuel cell with a power output of around 200 kW has been developed and fine-tuned by GCK. It is powered by 30 kg of hydrogen stored in four R134-certified tanks at a pressure of 700 bar.

Lancia Delta EVO-E

An iconic model

Design and production of the first three Lancia Delta Evo-e models, which were used for the development, homologation, and industrialization of this iconic model retrofitted with electric power.

GCK Performance called on other subsidiaries of the GCK group to equip the vehicle with an 8-brick 48-3 POWER battery and a specific PDU developed by GCK Battery, as well as a GCK 150kW motor designed by Solution F.

Lancia Delta MOTUL

A dynamic test bench for immersive battery technology

GCK Performance has transformed a Lancia Delta, a legendary vehicle from the 1980s, into a 100% electric technology demonstrator. An expert in prototyping and integrating new technologies, GCK Performance has restomodded and equipped the vehicle with an electric propulsion system and an immersion battery pack designed by GCK Battery in collaboration with MOTUL.

The immersive battery is a module whose core pack is completely immersed in a MOTUL dielectric heat transfer fluid for optimized thermal management. This technology addresses one of the main challenges of lithium-ion batteries: their ability to be cooled quickly and efficiently.

A veritable rolling laboratory, the Lancia Delta Motul is being tested on the Charade circuit to evaluate different module and fluid configurations under real-world conditions, paving the way for ultra-fast charging batteries and sustainable, high-performance electric mobility.

Motorsport

For nearly 15 years, GCK Performance has been successfully designing, manufacturing, developing, and operating race cars on all types of terrain (asphalt, dirt, ice, sand). This activity draws on all of the company’s expertise, from the design office to the workshop, logistics, and field deployment. We use this expertise to help our customers achieve their highest level of performance.

Apache Automotive | APH-03

The first T3-U hybrid

Apache Automotive and GCK Performance have created a unique concept: the APH-03, the first hybrid vehicle approved in the FIA Challenger/T3-U category that is accessible to the widest possible audience.

Innovative and high-performing, the APH-03 is an environmentally friendly, reliable, and competitive hybrid vehicle. It has already proven its versatility and performance in a variety of conditions, demonstrating the technology and expertise of GCK Performance.

It won the 2024 Africa Eco Race and is the first hybrid vehicle to cross the finish line of the 2025 Dakar Rally!

Electric engine | 48 V / 50 kW

The APH-03 is equipped with a PSA Puretech engine with a maximum power output of 150 kW. Located at the rear of the vehicle, it can reach a speed of 135 km/h, which is the FIA speed limit.

This engine is the perfect blend of performance and durability.

Hydrogen combustion engine

Hydrogen technology based on GCK expertise

Thanks to its integration within the GCK group, GCK Performance is able to incorporate hydrogen combustion engine technology developed by its sister company Solution F, a specialist in clean propulsion systems and designer of innovative engines.

Foenix H2: carbon-free performance and endurance

Solution F’s expertise is particularly evident in the Foenix H2, one of the world’s first competition GT cars powered by a hydrogen internal combustion engine.

Designed for sprint and endurance racing, the Foenix H2 combines a sophisticated GT chassis with a 6.2-liter V8 engine supercharged by a mechanical compressor, developing 450 kW (612 hp) at 6,500 rpm and torque of 700 N.m at 4,500 rpm. Based on a proven four-stroke architecture, this engine incorporates an innovative direct hydrogen injection system that allows hydrogen to be used as fuel, offering a high-performance and sustainable alternative to traditional combustion engines.

Combining technical expertise, reliability, and low operating costs, the Foenix H2 embodies the GCK Group’s know-how in the development and integration of carbon-free propulsion technologies.

Expertise in

Rallycross

LANCIA DELTA EVO-E RX

Based on the Lancia Evo-E, the Lancia Evo-e RX is the first retrofitted race car in history to compete in an FIA World Championship (World RX) round. Powered by two 250 kW electric motors, it reaches 62 mph in 1.8 seconds with a total power output of 680 horsepower. With one motor for the front axle and another for the rear, the load is distributed to optimize the vehicle’s performance.

RENAULT CLIO RS RX

Designed and manufactured by us, the Clio RS RX GCK Performance is an iconic car in our Rallycross history. Combining performance, reliability, and controlled operating costs, it made a name for itself in 2018 by becoming vice-champion of France RX, confirming its status as a competitive vehicle.

GCK Performance continues to support its long-standing customers by restoring, preparing, and providing competition support for this supercar with the same high standards and precision as when it was first created. In 2024, the Clio RS RX once again shone on the tracks of the French Rallycross Championship, alongside Pascal Lambec.

TOYOTA YARIS

Since 2024, GCK Performance has been supporting Vigion Promo Sport in the French Rallycross Championship, manufacturing, preparing, and providing technical assistance for two Toyota Yaris Division 3 cars. Designed by Race Solution and powered by Solution F, these cars were developed on behalf of YDEO.

The results were immediate: in 2025, the Yaris D3s secured several podium finishes with Mathieu and Thomas Fretin at the wheel, confirming the potential of the project and the effectiveness of this close collaboration between all parties involved. Mathieu Fretin finished as French vice-champion this year.

Restoration and renovation

Restoring a classic car requires the same attention to detail as building a modern race car. It also requires techniques with which GCK Performance is familiar, such as reverse engineering using a 3D scanner. So it was only natural that our teams took on this challenge with a youngtimer well known to the French…

Peugeot 205 GTI

In the 1980s, international rallies were dominated by the monstrous Group B cars, including the Peugeot 205 Turbo 16. A whole generation of young people dreamed of competing, without necessarily having the means to do so. And then the 205 GTI arrived… What a machine! The teams at GCK Performance paid tribute to it by reviving a model with more than 95% new parts, in accordance with the specifications for restoring historic vehicles. The sublime result of this first project will certainly inspire others…
