With a long and successful history in motor sport, GCK Performance is one of the few engineering companies in France capable of integrating new mobility solutions with ingenuity and agility.
Thanks to the high-performance tools, ingenuity and recognized agility of our teams, we work on industrial projects involving special vehicles, racing cars and the mobility of the future. Our skills enable us to manage these projects from start to finish, often in a very short space of time.
It all began in 2009 with the creation of a company specialising in the manufacture of racing cars by Stéphane Orré, an amateur racer and graduate engineer from the Institut Français de Mécanique Avancée in Clermont-Ferrand (now Sigma). Right from the start, MTechnologies made a name for itself by creating cars that won the titles of French rallycross champion (2009, 2010), then European rallycross runner-up in (2012, 2015). These successes quickly attracted big-name drivers such as Sébastien Loeb at the X Games (2012) and Romain Grosjean at the Andros Trophy (2014).
Renamed Fors Technologies in 2016, the company is extending its expertise to mobility while remaining a benchmark in motorsport, notably with the operation of the Renault Megane RS RX and Clio RS RX in World RX on behalf of various teams, including Guerlain Chicherit.
By joining the GCK group at the end of 2020, Fors Technologies, now known as GCK Performance, is strengthening its expertise in the prototyping and mechanical integration of new carbon-free technologies, whether electric or hydrogen propulsion. Thanks to this versatility, GCK Performance is now one of the few French companies capable of rapidly designing and manufacturing a turnkey clean vehicle.
“With its long experience in top-level motor sport, GCK Performance has innovation and optimisation in its DNA. Our strength lies in combining the responsiveness of a small company with the technological power of a large group. In concrete terms, we can rapidly design and manufacture a vehicle from A to Z, incorporating the very latest technologies.”
