Our story

The origins

The origins
It all began in 2009 with the creation of a company specializing in the manufacture of racing cars by Stéphane Orré, an amateur driver and engineer who graduated from the French Institute of Advanced Mechanics in Clermont-Ferrand (now Sigma). From the outset, MTechnologies made a name for itself by creating cars that won the French Rallycross Championship (2009, 2010) and then the European Rallycross Vice-Championship (2012, 2015). These successes quickly attracted renowned drivers such as Sébastien Loeb at the X Games (2012) and Romain Grosjean at the Trophée Andros (2014).

Renamed Fors Technologies in 2016, the company expanded its expertise to mobility while remaining a benchmark in motorsports, notably with the operation of Renault Megane RS RX and Clio RS RX cars in World RX on behalf of various teams, including Guerlain Chicherit’s.

2020, GCK Performance

By joining the GCK group at the end of 2020, Fors Technologies, now GCK Performance, has strengthened its expertise in prototyping and mechanical integration of new carbon-free technologies, whether electric or hydrogen propulsion. With this versatility, GCK Performance is now positioned as one of the few French companies capable of rapidly designing and manufacturing a turnkey clean vehicle.

A service from A to Z

« With extensive experience in high-level motorsports, GCK Performance has innovation and optimization in its DNA.
